A Sustainable, Durable, Modular Load Device

The XTYRE UniMount has been developed in conjunction with client’s needs to have a one size fits all mount for cabling, piping, and ducting on flat roofs. Can be used in conjunction with UniClamp.

Made from post-consumer recycled tyres. Driving sustainability, circularity and adding to your ESG scorecard and goals. XTYRE’s products are fully recyclable.

Main Function And Purpose

• The mounting support can carry any length of U-Channel or steel frame needed in the H-VAC environment, while protecting waterproofing.
• No more drilling H-VAC mounts into waterproofing or building plinths. Simple bolt or strap onto the mount or multiples thereof for wider/longer installations. Our mounts provide a stable resilient, and durable base.
• The M10 integrally moulded inset bolts mean that your H-VAC components can be easily bolted on in multiples (series or parallel) with hardware available from most retailers.
• There are drainage channels moulded into the base-profile to prevent any build-up of water.
• The UniMount system can be permanently set by way of a two-part polyurethane or epoxy adhesive.

Manufactured using the inherent strengths of repurposed tyres, this mounting block gives new life to waste materials supporting your ESG score and your Carbon footprint.

• Assisting in dealing with one of the largest waste streams in the world, used scrap Tyres (of which +4billion are now manufactured per annum).
• Each footing uses the equivalent yield of crumb rubber from 1 x used passenger Tyre. 10 x footings removes 1 cubic meter of waste tyre landfill.
• Lightweight vs concrete.
• Concrete plinths do not need to be cast onto waterproofing saving this cost and guarding against potential leaks.
• Can be bonded directly to the water proofing. No cutting and resealing resulting in quicker construction timelines.
• Rooftop mounts are manufactured from recycled rubber fibres and a Polymeric bonding agent in press moulded panels.
• Flexibility resistant to expansion and contraction.
• Approximately 60 – 70 Shore hardness.

The mounting component or block is manufactured utilising a proprietary combination of waste tyre aggregate and polyurethane to mould a product with a 70-year lifespan.
